Analytics of user data.

• Our Services use Google Analytics to capture anonymous use information («User Analytics») about the website, https://www.imtlazarus.com.
• For example, we collect information about your device and software, such as your IP address, browser type, internet service provider, platform type, device type, operating system, date and time, a unique identification that allows us to identify your browser, mobile device and other similar information.
• We also collect information about how you use our Services, for example, the pages you visit, the links you click, or how often you access them.
• This type of information is considered confidential and is only used for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving the characteristics of the Service.

Personal data

• The Google workspace™ plugins offered by IMTLazarus offer users the possibility to simplify the creation of supervisors, students, groups, etc on their contracted IMTLazarus server, using as data source the existing information in Google workspace™.
• Google workspace™ plugins offered by IMTLazarus are examined to make sure they comply with Google guidelines, including guidelines to protect user data, before they are publicly available. For more information, see https://developers.google.com/gsuite/add-ons/concepts/add-on-review.
• For our plugins to work, they need to access the data of Admin SDK («directory») or other services of the domain of Google workspace™ («Personal data»).
• Our plugins only interact with Personal Data that you consent to and approve within the Google workspace™ working environment.
• All transactions made with personal data are made within and under the authority of your Google account.
• Our plugins transmit personal data to the IMTLazarus server contracted by the school. IMTLazarus does not maintain or use personally identifiable information outside the users’ Google account, nor does it share such information with third parties.

• No analysis or calculation of Personal Data can be accessed through our plugins.

• The add-on only sends the data delimited and selected by the user to the IMTLazarus server contracted by the school. This server is housed in the OVH infrastructure, in the data centre best suited to the geographical area of the school’s own home, based on legislative regulation, although data are not shared directly with OVH.

• We may be required to share information with law enforcement or other third parties when we are required to do so by court order or other legal process, to comply with statutes or regulations, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or personal safety of our Users.

• We do not rent or sell information for marketing purposes and will never share or sell User Analytics with third parties for marketing purposes.

• a) in case of explicit consent by the user for help and support
• b) For security reasons, and cases of abuse of the supplement.
• c) To comply with the current law.
• d) When the information is anonymous and used only for internal statistical operations or dashboards.

*All other interactions are prohibited and IMTLazarus makes sure they are met, not giving anyone access to customer data other than the developer.

The Google Workspace plugin is compatible with GDPR. You can check the use made of the data once uploaded to the IMTLazarus server contracted by the school at https://www.imtlazarus.com/en/privacy-policy.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Services. When making changes, we will update the «Effective Date» at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

“IMTLazarus Manager” use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
