Massive Rollout, Strict Requirements

As part of the World Bank-funded Teacher Effectiveness and Competencies Enhancement Project (TEACEP), DepEd required a massive rollout of 16,600 high-performance tablets to schools across Mindanao.

Deploying technology at this scale posed a significant challenge: ensuring these devices remain strictly for educational use and are effectively managed by local IT officers in diverse geographical locations.
