Do we need to install additional hardware in the school?

No. IMTLazarus is a 100% cloud-based (SaaS) solution. No local servers or changes to the center’s network infrastructure are required, making deployment fast and scalable.

Is IMTLazarus compatible with our center’s devices?

Yes. Our solution is multiplatform and works seamlessly on Chromebooks (ChromeOS), Windows, Android, and iOS. This allows schools to manage mixed environments from a single centralized panel.

What is IMTLazarus and how does it differ from a traditional MDM?

IMTLazarus is a digital security and classroom management platform designed specifically for the educational environment. Unlike a purely technical MDM (Mobile Device Management), IMTLazarus puts control in the hands of the teacher, allowing real-time pedagogical management of the device, as well as offering an advanced web security layer.

How does IMTLazarus help the teacher during class?

The teacher has an intuitive control panel that allows him to:

  • View student screens in real time.
  • Close distracting tabs or send direct links to the entire class.
  • Block access to the internet or limit browsing to only two or three specific sites (Whitelist).
  • Encourage immediate attention through the “eyes in front” function (screen lock).
Can the teacher monitor device use outside of school hours?

By default, the teacher’s control is limited to school hours. IMTLazarus is designed to respect privacy, allowing the management to pass to families or be kept under automatic security filters outside of school.

How does IMTLazarus protect students from inappropriate content?

We have an AI-powered smart filtering engine that scans millions of websites. We automatically block adult content, games, gambling, violence and any category that the center deems inappropriate. In addition, we apply the mandatory “Safe Search” on Google, Bing and YouTube.

Can we filter content within YouTube?

Yes. IMTLazarus allows granular filtering on YouTube, being able to block comments, related videos or entire categories, allowing only those channels or videos that have educational value.

Does IMTLazarus comply with GDPR and data protection regulations?

Absolutely. Privacy is our core pillar. IMTLazarus strictly complies with the European GDPR. We do not market student data and all information is encrypted and hosted on secure servers within the European Union.

What data does the platform collect?

Only the data strictly necessary to ensure safety and educational follow-up. The school is always the owner of the data and decides which level of record it wants to keep.
